The Patient Reference Group is a group of patients who meet 3 or 4 times a year, it gives patients the opportunity to be involved in decisions made about the range and quality of services provided within the practice. Decisions made can lead to changes to the services that the practice provides.
We are currently in the process of setting up a Patient Reference Group.
